What is your organization's Purpose? (why does it exist?)
When PREParing to effectively lead your organization's culture, it has to start with Purpose.
Most clients we work with, are very confident that their organization's purpose is clear, but rarely has leadership spent the time Articulating that Purpose. Every individual that makes up your company's culture, has their own set of beliefs and perspectives. This mean that by nature, each individual could be working day in and day out, with a different definition for the "work that they do".
Our Leader PREP process begins by helping senior leadership articulate the organization's purpose, and more importantly, create intentional awareness of that purpose. Employee engagement rockets upward from those who are your champions (or "Net Promoters").
A byproduct of this process, is an isolation of those invidividuals who are detractors...those who are actively dissengaged in your organization. Let them self-select out of the culture, rather than trying to fit a square peg, into a round hole.
This allows each individual in your organization, to decide if their personal purpose (who they are and what drives them) aligns with your organization's purpose.
